How it works
Our own steel support-frame system with tested lifting technology — real photos, no renders.
1Fully fitted out at the factory and delivered on its own trailer system — towed like a caravan. No heavy haulage, no major construction site.
2So manoeuvrable that two fitters position it on the pitch with millimetre precision — even in corners no truck could turn in.
3Four supports go into the ground and the house is jacked up — perfectly level, even on uneven terrain. Load-tested to 5,000 kg.
4The trailer simply drives out from under the house. And just as flexible in reverse: trailer back under, lower, relocate — any time.

Crane placement is also possible. On difficult terrain, in tight spots or where site usage calls for it, we set the module down by crane. The trailer route remains the standard; the crane is the flexible alternative.
Not permanently fixed to the ground. The module sits on point foundations — movable, relocatable and removable at any time. That is exactly what makes leasing possible.
